We have developed a multi-tenant, automatically scalable, cloud based job creation pipeline which has integrated artwork vectorization, clean up, and profanity check.

Our back end infrastructure uses our proprietary LumiaLase API which has the ability to create full 3D job files for our Marking Equipment.

Step 1 Receive Order

Orders are automatically imported from your sales platform. Customers can design their personalization directly on your website using our in house custom plug-ins.

Step 2: Automated Pre-Processing

Files are checked, optimized, and sorted based on production needs.

Step 3: Smart Labeling & Sorting

Our system can use the barcodes you already have to quickly locate and organize jobs, ensuring seamless tracking and order fulfillment.

Step 4: Production-Ready Output

The system delivers finalized files directly to your production line, ensuring efficiency.

Step 5: Laser Marking

Files are checked, optimized, and sorted based on production needs.

Step 6: Fulfillment

In the final step of fulfillment, the completed product is automatically sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment based on order priority and destination. Our system ensures that each order is accurately labeled, tracked, and dispatched efficiently, minimizing delays and enhancing customer satisfaction.
